From Kirkwall:

• In Kirkwall turn into Wellington Street onto the A964 to Orphir.
   

• Follow A964 for approx 8 miles.
   

• In the middle of Orphir Village is the church on the left hand side.
   

• Turn left, into Gyre Road, immediately after the church.
   

• Follow Gyre Road, a single track road with passing places, for approx three quarters of a mile.
   

• Turn left at the junction signposted to Breck
   

• Travel down through a small wooded area
   

• On coming out by the coast Creel Cottage is the house on the extreme left at the very end of the road.

From Stromness:

• Take the A695 to Kirkwall
   

• After approx 3 miles turn right just after passing over the Brig o’ Waithe onto the A964 to Orphir
   

• In the middle of Orphir Village is the church on the right hand side.

• Turn left at the junction signposted to Breck
